Gary has a wealth of experience he brings to the inspection for you and your clients after doing thousands of inspections. He also has a great bedside manner with clients. Gary is top class! On time, professional, and thorough. He went above and beyond looking over our potential home - crawl space, up on the roof, you name it. The report he provided was all encompassing and easy to understand. During our inspection there were a few issues on the property that the seller needed to resolve. Once they were fixed, Gary was kind enough to come back a second time and ensure everything looked good. Solid guy who's good at what he does. I recommend him without hesitation.
