Services
Landscape Design
Our landscape design service creates customized outdoor environments that blend aesthetics with functionality. Utilizing formal training from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture, we develop detailed plans for residential and commercial properties that incorporate hardscapes, plantings, and outdoor living elements. Each design considers local climate conditions, soil composition, and architectural harmony to create sustainable, visually appealing spaces that increase property value and usability.
Hardscape Construction
Specializing in durable hardscape construction, we install patios, walkways, and retaining walls using premium materials like pavers, flagstone, and granite. Our team ensures precise installation techniques that prevent shifting and maintain structural integrity over time. Projects include intricate patterns for decorative elements and functional designs that improve property accessibility and drainage while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Paver Installation
We provide comprehensive paver installation for driveways, patios, and walkways using high-quality materials that withstand New England's climate. Our process includes proper base preparation, precise stone placement, and sealing techniques that preserve material integrity. Each installation receives customized edging solutions and joint stabilization to prevent erosion while maintaining the desired aesthetic finish.
Outdoor Living Spaces
Creating functional outdoor living areas, we integrate patios, fire pits, and seating walls to transform backyards into entertainment-ready spaces. Our designs incorporate durable materials that withstand weather exposure while maintaining visual appeal. Each project considers lighting placement, drainage solutions, and spatial planning to create comfortable, year-round outdoor environments that extend living areas beyond the home.
Commercial Maintenance
Our commercial maintenance service preserves property value through regular lawn care, seasonal cleanups, and landscape enhancements. We implement customized maintenance schedules that include mowing, edging, mulching, and plant bed upkeep. Our team also provides seasonal transitions, irrigation management, and plant health monitoring to maintain professional appearances for businesses, apartment complexes, and institutional properties throughout the year.

Andrew and his team are great. They are professional, friendly and get the job done in a timely fashion. Andrew was able to transform our not so child friendly backyard into a child's paradise that our son and dogs love. We also had an unexpected issue with our fence that they were able to fix without any issues. They are basically a one stop shop for backyard needs and more. I can't recommend them enough!

The only thing we knew was that our whole yard needed an over haul. We figured we would start out front and on the side. We had no real ideas as to what we wanted. When we talked with the owner, he had ideas of building some walls on both sides of the house and tying it in with a small wall in the front. We are thrilled with the planting choices they came up with. We also had our front walkway redone with gorgeous pavers that this picture doesn't do justice too.
They tied this into our front driveway. Due to the upcoming winter weather, the grass will be installed in spring and that's ok, because I can use the time to sit with Andrew and his team to discuss our backyard reno for 2019. Maybe a professional putting green? Highly recommend DownEast Landscape.
