I haven't used this place and won't. Yesterday I saw an employee of this place steal from Carrs and when he was confronted by an employee, just got in the company vehicle and drove off. Either pay your workers enough to afford food or stop hiring thieves that steal from the community.

Report
Alas-Co was hired to take care of a water leak/mold by the HOA. They started last July on the work, and had to come back three times since the work was not completed correctly. Communication was very limited on the status of the work, and the work complete was sub-par.

I want to thank Ed C for the hard, wonderful work and incredible communication. Closing on our house, my HOA had them come do some work in crawlspace. I was waiting for the invoice for closing documents that was approaching quickly and couldn't close without it. While Ed was dealing with being short on staff and being incredibly busy, he worked HARD and communicated closely with me to be sure I had the invoice. The workers that came over to the house did a great job and were very friendly!
