We have a leak in our kitchen that ruined our hardwood floors and our plumber actually was the one who recommended AW Martin. Ed the project manager came by and assessed the damage and walked me through how to open a claim through insurance (I had no clue) and set up a plan for everyone to come by the house to do the repairs. We also hired them to put in new til flooring in the upstairs bathroom and the bathroom came out looking great!

A couple months after they were finished, we noticed the wood floors in the kitchen starting to buckle - I had contacted Ed but didn't hear back so I called the office directly and left a message for Tony, the owner. I was pleasantly surprised when Tony called me back and I was able to text with him on them coming back to take a look at the floor. The best thing about AW Martin is that they guarantee their work and they stood by that promise - they pulled up the floors, sanded down the new wood and re-stained the kitchen to match the old flooring in the foyer. The kitchen finally looks amazing! Thanks Tony + team for guaranteeing your work and being so responsive!

I highly recommend AW Martin. I hired them to take care of remediating water that I had in the basement as a result of Hurricane Ida. They visited my house as soon possible and took care of the water remediation as soon as they were able to mobilize a work team to my house. Even better, their project manager Ed and the office staff interfaced directly with my insurance company to help take the mystery out of that process.

Once the water remediation was done, they also took care of rebuilding my basement. First, they came out to tell me exactly what needed to be done, including pointing out some unrelated imperfections in the basement that they could fix while getting the rest of the work done. Once the worked started, they accommodated my scheduling requests and got the job done in as timely a fashion as I could have possibly expected.

And to top it off, everyone who worked on the job was such a pleasure to deal with. Once they were done, I missed seeing them! If you have a job at your house that you need done, AW Martin should be your first call.

AW Martin is a professional company. I was recommended to them by my plumber. My original contractor said that there was nothing wrong with a water leakage and gave an inaccurate report to my insurance company. AW Martin came in and made more discoveries that could have ruined my basement. Their emergency team swooped right in to stop the leakage, & mitagated the situation. They saved 99% of my basement through their swift and expert approach.

Both Ed (project manager) and Christian (construction manager) are a great duo and handled everything with my insurance company. These guys were responsive, understanding and knew exactly what to do. Now I have a finished basement and can get back to a normal way of life. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work.

Very professional and trustworthy. My flooded basement came out perfect with their help. Service: Repair water fixtures

These guys are the best! Accept no substitutes! We were referred to them by a plumber we called when our sewer line backed up. They took good care of our things, they cleaned everything, and the restored basement is fantastic. I would call them any day, for any job.

We had a sewage leak which damaged our basement and our plumber recommended these guys. It turned into a major homeowners insurance project which involved demolishing our bathroom to access the pipe. A.W. Martin delivered in every way possible. We were guided through what would have been an overwhelming process by Ed. He was always available to answer questions and helped with anything we needed.

Their onsite guys are fun to work with. They're all experts in their craft and I enjoyed having them around. They legitimately care about the job they're doing and will walk around with a microscope to make sure every little thing is correct. Now that the job is mostly done I can say that the silver lining is we now have a gorgeous new bathroom and basement! I can't wait for something else to break so we can use them again!
