Construction Management
Corna Kokosing Construction provides comprehensive Construction Management services, acting as the owner's advocate throughout the project lifecycle. Our team delivers cost estimates, scheduling, constructability reviews, and value analysis to minimize risks and ensure timely completion. With expertise in CMa and CMR delivery methods, we coordinate all phases from design to execution while maintaining strict quality and budget controls.
Design Build
Our Design-Build services combine architectural design and construction under one contract, streamlining project timelines and reducing costs. By fostering collaboration between designers and builders, we ensure efficient value engineering and constructability assessments. This method guarantees early cost certainty and accelerated schedules, ideal for fast-track projects requiring seamless coordination between design and execution phases.
Self Perform Trades
CK's Self-Perform Trades division handles carpentry, concrete, drywall, and steel erection in-house, providing direct control over quality and timelines. This capability allows rapid response to field challenges and eliminates reliance on third-party subcontractors. Our skilled tradespeople ensure precision execution of critical project components while maintaining cost efficiency and schedule adherence through integrated workforce management.
BIM & 5D Modeling
We utilize advanced BIM and 5D modeling technologies to enhance project visualization, coordination, and cost estimation. Our Preconstruction Engineering team creates detailed 3D models for clash detection, MEP analysis, and construction sequencing simulations. This digital approach reduces rework, optimizes material planning, and provides stakeholders with immersive virtual walkthroughs to ensure alignment before physical construction begins.
General Contracting
As traditional general contractors, we assume full responsibility for project execution under lump-sum agreements. Our team manages all aspects of construction from finalized design documents, ensuring compliance with specifications while maintaining strict budget and schedule controls. With a proven track record in complex commercial projects, we deliver guaranteed fixed-price solutions with complete accountability for outcomes.
