Screened Porches

Creative Renovations designs and builds custom screened porches that maximize usable living space while protecting against insects and weather. Our porches feature durable materials, integrated lighting, and architectural details that match existing home styles. Clients enjoy nine-month seasonal use with maintenance-free finishes and structural integrity that lasts decades.

Sunrooms

Our sunrooms combine energy-efficient glass systems with structural engineering to create year-round living spaces. Designed for seamless integration with existing architecture, these rooms feature insulated glass packages, temperature control systems, and custom finishes that enhance natural light while maintaining climate comfort throughout North Carolina's seasons.

Major Additions

We specialize in structural home additions including master suites, family rooms, and multi-story expansions. Our process includes architectural design, permitting assistance, and construction that maintains structural integrity while adding functional living space. Projects incorporate modern materials with traditional craftsmanship for additions that feel like original home features.

Multi-Level Decks

Custom multi-level deck systems create distinct outdoor living zones while enhancing property aesthetics. Constructed with pressure-treated lumber, composite materials, or natural stone accents, our decks include safety railings, integrated seating, and drainage solutions that withstand North Carolina's climate while increasing outdoor entertainment capacity.

Outdoor Kitchens

We build permanent outdoor kitchens with commercial-grade stainless steel components, weatherproof cabinetry, and natural gas/propane hookups. Designs include granite countertops, built-in grills, and ventilation systems that meet safety codes. Each kitchen integrates with surrounding hardscapes while providing durable, all-weather cooking and dining spaces.

Tim did not show off twice for a consultation appointment he scheduled with us. He did not call to cancel or reschedule. We both are working professional parents with busy schedules to entertain this lack of professionalism in our relationships. When he did not show up we called and he had no recollection of our appointment TWICE. We have never had such an experience before. Of course, we decided to stay away from this business relationship.

We had them build a screened in porch. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to add on to a house.

They designed and built our 20x20 screened porch with a fireplace and outdoor kitchen. Gorgeous ceiling and beautiful tile floor. The craftsmanship is beautiful! This is now our favorite room in our house.

Great company to work with! Tim is very knowledgeable, professional and personable. His crew is very punctual and conscientious. We love the screen porch and absolutely do not regret having it added to our hone. Even almost 6 years later, it looks as new as it did the day it was completed! Ron & Nan Willoughby

I contacted Creative Renovations for a quote to install a Bi-Fold door between my living room and screened in Porch. Tim from CR, was very responsive coming to my house to look at the project and provided me a very competitive quote a day later. The project went according to schedule with Glass Depots who built the door. Tim's carpentry crew was outstanding as they quickly installed a support structure while creating a dead-air space to keep our living room comfortable, created the 9 foot space for the door, installed a manufactured beam for the span that met the engineer's specifications while Glass Depots built the door to final opening measurements.

The door installation was quick by Glass Depots and Tim's crew was out immediately to finish the trim and remove the support structure. Tim's paint team did an out standing job finishing the job on a Sunday. My Bride is ecstatic!
