Cody and Rob did a great job installing a replacement air handler and heat pump at my residence. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and were respectful of my property, cleaning up everything before leaving. Cody even came up with an easy solution to a problem with my condensate discharge line that I had been having for years. The system is working well and I am very pleased with it.

So today I had the pleasure of dealing with Jen while trying to resolve a issue with transferring the warranty for my parents. She was so very helpful and went above and beyond even calling the trance company for me. We have used try county for our hvac for over 10 years and have always found them to be proffessional and helpful but Jen stood out today!

Tim and Chris were fantastic. They were professional and prompt. Being a previous service technician I verified that their work was very detailed and complete. I was checking out their progress during the day as they worked and they did not mind at all. Our existing unit was a Trane unit that was 36 years old and still working but was just rusting out. We are happy to have another Trane to replace what we had. We received multiple quotes and the price was fair and I would highly recommend Tri-County AIRE to anybody in this area. Tim and Chris from TRI-County Aire installed a new Trane HVAC system at my house. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and most importantly knowledgeable of their craft. Despite encountering some issues during installation out of their control, they kept us informed during the installation and took immediate action to resolve the issue!
