Report
Unprofessional, unethical, and very rude. Barb Wiley attempted to have me undergo a credit check before I'd even seen the inside of the duplex that I was inquiring about, stating that "that's just the way it is". She also told me that I'd need to sign a minimum of a 3 year lease for this duplex, citing all of the work they do for the property in between tenants. She was referring to painting and replacing carpet, which is the job of a landlord.
When I indicated that a minimum 3 year lease was absurd, she was very rude and stated that she was not in a hurry to rent the property. Which is good, because it's been vacant for over a year now. Not surprisingly.
