Break Thru was contracted to create numerous structural floor openings, demo and remove 2 old freight elevators and shafts dating back to the early 1900s. Break Thru was contracted to demolish and remove the architectural build out in the building lobby as well as several previous tenant's architectural build outs.

In 1995, Roger Lisy and Brian Duddy founded Break Thru Enterprises. Their humble beginnings started out by running their business out of a small house in West Chicago. They envisioned a better way to deliver demolition services to the Chicagoland Area. Their vision was to provide demolition services based on fair practices, safe working conditions, efficient service and personal attention. At the time, they had over 20 combined years of experience in demolition estimating, planning and site management.
