My Husband and I had our home built by Tony and his team this past year. We just moved in before thanksgiving. Tony was wonderful to work with. He was kind, understanding, patient with us, and accessible. Our home is exactly what we imagined/hoped more and more. Comparing what we received to other properties/builders, we feel like we paid a VERY fair price. We had occasional concerns about communication throughout the process, but once we discussed our questions with Tony, Bill or Mike, they were already in the process of being taken care of, or were discussed with us and handled appropriately. We would 100% recommended and use Bon Ton again. Thank you for giving us our dream home.

I recently completed a house with Bon Ton Builders in Hanover, PA. This company builds a QUALITY home. Seldom these days do you find a team that cares and works with a homeowner through the stress and issues of building a custom home. Tony Forbes, the owner, is knowledgeable, caring, and works to make the buyer happy: even though this is a trying task at times. He truly works with you--ideating on ideas and finding solutions to tough problems.

With a high standard for quality, you can count on Tony to ensure the delivery of a quality home. Mike is also an incredible project manager keeping the many subs/craftsmen on schedule. The crew was so good, that I cried when they pulled their vans out of my driveway. I will miss working with them on a day-to-day basis.

Excellent quality and great attention to detail. The settlement and overall purchase process was extremely easy and hassle free due to Tony and his team at Bon Ton, being top notch and willing to lend that helpful hand throughout the entire process. I've known Tony Forbes almost my entire life and I've seen first hand the homes he has built. His staff is nothing short of outstanding and professional in every manor. I've been renting a home from him for a year now and I've had no complaints. The ladies in the office, also including Duane Garrett, and Michael Reiblich are absolutely phenomenal people if you get to know them personally.

My husband and I just moved into our new home built by Bon Ton Builders. The entire experience of choosing the lot through completion of the home was outstanding. Tony Forbes was always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The workmen were a joy and the ladies in the office, Jeanie and Bobbi Jo, well - there just aren't enough wonderful words describe them! I would recommend Bon Ton Builders to everyone that wanted a new home! What a wonderful experience!

I just had a home built. I wanted a custom home builder. Tony and his team were so professional, kind patient. My wife and I made a lot of changes, Tony kept our schedule they worked 6 days a week to get us done. What a nice bunch of Christian people. The quality and price was just perfect. Their executive series features has everything, I mean everything. Tony walks you through everything step by step.
