Julian De La Torre, began retrofitting prior to the Northridge Earthquake of 1994. He has personally worked on over 6,600 homes in Southern California.

Left unchecked and uncorrected, these breaks in the foundation and stem wall can lead to additional cost and, in many cases, pose a risk to your structure.

There are times when despite any amount of creative solutions to foundation repair, a full foundation replacement is needed. In such cases, we perform replacement or "sistering" of any failed sections of a foundation, including concrete, brick or stone foundation (in its entirety if required), in order to help protect your home from loss during future seismic activity.
