Just this week we used Bradley Inspection to take a look at a home we put a contract on. Chris completed our inspection. I can't say enough good things. Chris did a VERY thorough job and left us feeling good with moving forward with the purchase, although a few minor issues were found needing to be addressed. If you're looking for a detailed through inspection, give these guys a call.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I am pretty sure the guy that did my inspection was Ray Charles. or maybe a 5 year old. Either way I have heard many realtors are not using them anymore. I voiced my issues with the owner and did not get a reply. I basically got back 4 blank pieces of paper with no issues that they found. IF YOU WANT A REAL REPORT AND INSPECTION - USE ANYONE ELSE.

We used Bradley Inspection Services on our new construction and they were great. Now we're having them come back out prior to our 1 year builder warranty expiring and they have been fantastic. This is a great company that prides itself on customer service and professionalism. They provide a detailed report and go over it with you at the end of the inspection.
