Bradley Inspection Services was founded in 2004 by Bradley Yunker because he saw a need for a safety-minded, client-focused inspection company. Bradley is a licensed, certified and insured inspector with a strong knowledge of building design and safety. He also serves as a professional firefighter, which has strengthened his knowledge of structure and safety through advanced fire training.

By definition, an inspection is a visual non-invasive examination of a building property that determines the present condition of the home's major systems, based on a visual inspection of accessible features. It focuses on the performance of the home, rather than cosmetic, code or design issues. We believe a quality-driven, safety-focused, client-centered inspection should be more than that.

When home inspectors and real estate agents understand and trust one another to serve our shared client, we are capable of helping a lot of people. We're both here to see that home buyers have the guidance they need to make knowledgeable and informed decisions on what is probably the biggest purchase of their lives.
