General Housing Corporation (GHC) has been a builder of high quality, residential and light commercial buildings since 1982. Since inception, General Housing Corporation has only constructed quality modular homes built to the Michigan Building code. We've built approximately 6,000 structures all over the Great Lakes State.

After choosing a standard plan, you will begin the process of making specific selections for your home. Choices range from 8 or 9 foot ceilings to the color and type of cabinets you prefer.
