Built our new home almost 10 years ago. Went exactly as I was told. Schedule was right on time wise. Have had zero issues even through some pretty wicked storms. We had our home built by Zimmerman Homes 22 years ago. We still live there and can say that choosing them for our build was a very good decision. Our house is built with quality components, like Anderson 400 windows and Trane heating and air conditioning. Their staff is professional and responsive. About five years ago I had a leak in our master bedroom ceiling. So I contacted Lee Martin to see if they could recommend a roofer to check it out.

Three days later someone showed up and replaced a rubber seal on a vent pipe that had shrunk. Problem solved. A month or two later I never had a invoice sent to the house, so I stopped in and they wanted to not charge me a dime, 15 years after the fact. I had to insist that they except a payment. If you are going to build a house in the market they serve do yourself a favor and take a long look at them. You will be glad you did.
