Claris Construction was established in 1991 by Philip Clark, AIA. Clark, a native of Pennsylvania, attended Pennsylvania State University where he gained his degree in Architectural Engineering. Upon graduating, he started dealing with the Whiting-Turner Contracting Company on the IBM office complex in Southbury, Connecticut.
