We are pleased to offer 3-D walk throughs of our model homes. Walk throughs offer a great way to let you see and explore our model homes from the comfort of your computer. Our new Visualizer lets you completely customize the kitchen or exterior of our model homes. We offer regular tours of our production facility so you can come see our process up close.

Tour times are from 10am until 12pm EST, with the last tour starting at 11:30am. While you're here, you can also visit our three beautifully decorated model homes and our design center with samples of available options.

We started in 1969 with one goal: to build quality modular homes. Today that is still our goal. We use quality materials and components from industry-leading vendors to provide you with a home that will last and provide you and your family with years of enjoyment. The first step in building your new home is to build the floor.

Our model homes are open Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm and 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Saturdays. Be sure to call ahead for holiday hours. The Craftsman is a two-story home featuring a vaulted ceiling in the living room and an amazing kitchen including large island with pendant lights. The Bridgeport features 9' ceilings and taller wall cabinets with the kitchen sink conveniently located in the island. Be sure to check out the optional coffered ceiling in the Master Bedroom. The Bridgewood II is an open-concept 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.
