This 551,000-square-foot, mixed-use complex connects The Gulch and Capitol View neighborhoods with two towers, one nine story Class AA Office building and a 10-story building featuring 8,000 square feet of retail on the bottom floor and a six-story parking garage.It was recently awarded the AGC Build Tennessee Award of Excellence in the New Construction category!
