Since my father started in business in 1963, Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. has grown over the years to become a full service Custom Home, Remodeling & Design Build organization.Our current larger facilities, which opened in 2005, house a full-time estimator & selections coordinator, sales & design consultant, project manager, our own real estate brokerage, Nikles Realty, Inc., and support staff.

Dee came on board at Ed Nikles Custom Builder, Inc. in 2007. She will be your Personal Contact throughout the Construction Process, assisting with Estimating, Permitting, Purchasing, Customer Service, Product & Color Selections and Change Orders. Dee has over 25 years total experience working for us, home builders in the Tampa Bay area of Florida from 1995 through 2002 and on the East Coast of Florida from 2002 to 2006.
