Spoke with Gary and came right out to take a look and go over what I wanted. Wasn't easy as my railing is curved wood. Very professional and correspondence was always immediate. Scheduled my job in very quickly. Installers did a beautiful job, respectful and careful around the rest of my house. Finished in the same day and cleaned up as if they were never there! I would HIGHLY recommend Step 1 Stairworks, Inc. I love my new railing!

I have worked with Step One Stair works for over 15 years on many residential projects for Scholl Construction. Gary the owner comes out to the site to measure and meets most of my clients. The company is well run with a newly updated showroom. Their customer service is great. They are interested in making sure the job is done correctly and are great about making adjustments and repairs when needed. If you are looking for a staircase that will make a statement, I highly recommend Step One Stairworks!
