Timberlake Custom Homes worked with us to custom-build the house we have been living in for the past ten months as our sole residence. The planning and construction phase went very well. Post-construction we continue to be extremely pleased with the outcome. All staff members were very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and patient with us - two old people, one of whom is really grumpy! The three focused days in their office for finalizing design and selecting interior and exterior details were time well spent.
As expected, we forgot a couple of things that became last-minute change orders. Those changes were handled without any problem. The online system made it easy to communicate during the building process. We especially appreciate the site photos we received as construction progressed, given that we built the house while living 3.5 hours away!

Excellent home builder to work with, they make you feel like a friend with every interaction. Everyone at Timberlake was always professional, gave great advice, and they listened to our ideas for our forever home and brought it to life for us! We went through 3 architects before we encountered Timberlake. a stroke of luck! We had a fabulous experience in the destruction and rebuilding of our Lake Home! I think they are professional, they work hard to make things right, and they are a pure delight to work with. We a thrilled with our home! The process starts with a three-day design meeting, where the client and Timberlake staff (consisting of the builder, an architect, designers, and cost estimator) develop the house plans in extreme detail.
The build process was guided by my project manager, Russell Hedden. Russell is a hands-on project manager who only uses the area's top subcontractors in each building phase. Russell is always available by phone and gladly answers any questions you may have. The result is the highest quality home - on budget and on time. Chip Shively is a man of integrity and commitment to excellence who backs all his homes 100%. Russell is also there after the home is completed to quickly resolve any issues to the home owner's complete satisfaction. Our home is loaded with tons of curb appeal, and we are often complimented and asked who built our home. I proudly and without reservation tell them, Timberlake Custom Homes.
