Mike did an outstanding job of design and construction. He took my old, outdated ranch and completely renovated it from the ground up. He exceeded every expectation I had and delivered a beautiful home that is perfect in every detail. He came in on time and under budget. I highly recommend M Silver Company to any person or company that wants their job done right.

Every window put into my house was installed incorrectly. Not a single one will latch properly. No nail holes were filled, boards were installed out of square and miscut. His guys are so infuriatingly lazy that there are notes, calculations, and markings written on my trim. This man is a fraud, if you care about your investments in your property, look elsewhere. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HACK.

Mike and his staff were very professional and helpful throughout the renovation to the interior of my home. I plan to use them again when it's time to do the exterior! I'm very happy with the quality of their work and would certainly recommend them.

I hired Mike to do the build-out for my dental office. Of all the decisions I made during this process, hiring him was by far the best decision I made. Mike is EASY to work with and gets things done. His attention to detail is top-notch and there were no surprises or excuses. He finished the job on time and was always available to answer my questions during the project. His crew is very professional and kept a neat and tidy job site. Would I hire him if I were starting this project again or for future projects? Without any hesitation.
