Modern Heating and their staff were amazing! They were quick to respond when our AC went out for our upstairs. They gave me many great options to choose from at different price points. Their installer Dave was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Lisa in the office was great and made the process very easy for us. We also had them install a furnace last winter and the process was just a smooth. I would highly recommend them.

I am a new customer to Modern Heating and this the second service call to my residence The first service call was in October to service the furnace for the winter. this service call was to start the AC. My technician Felipe was extremely thorough in inspecting the furnace and AC unit. He explained everything he was doing, and he answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with his service and recommend him highly.

Jeremy, Brian and Dave were fantastic! They replaced my furnace and AC, installed a new electronic air cleaner and a mini split heat pump in my sunroom where there was no existing duct work. They were professional, neat and very quiet and cleaned up everything when they finished. They took great care with putting down tarps and removing their shoes so they made no mess. Jeremy initially came to give me a proposal and answered all of my questions and explained the concept of how the ductless mini split works.
He had extensive experience with these types of units, even using them in his own home. This work was a big financial investment for me. His expertise gave me confidence that using this team was the right choice. In addition, he suggested installing a cold air return in my bonus room to improve regulating the temperature upstairs which may eliminate the need for installing an additional unit upstairs. I am very happy with the service I received.

We have used Modern Heating for our Furnace and A/C needs for several years now and have never been disappointed. In fact, they installed our latest furnace a few years back and are still happy with both the installation process and the furnace/AC units that we chose. When the Modern employees come for service calls or just the checkups they are always pleasant, courteous, and friendly, besides being knowledgeable about the work they are performing.

Charged close to $200 to let me know I needed a new condenser. But then told me I'd have to wait to get on the schedule. Fine.well wouldn't you know the next available time was 8 days later on a Saturday, which was considered overtime. Would have been nice to know upfront that their schedule was so overloaded I'd have to sit in 90F heat for awhile. Would have taken a pass.
