To date, our most comprehensive project is the Town of Ayrsley; the most prominent master-planned development in the Charlotte Metro Region outside of downtown. Concorde has built a mix of class "A" office, flex, retail, hotel, and residential properties in the Ayrsley community and other mixed-use areas, including projects in Southend Charlotte and Rock Hill, SC. We excel at the complicated logistics of building in urban mixed-use areas.
