As you know, if you hire a builder today it is not like it used to be 20 years ago. Today, the builder does not personally pour your concrete, frame your home, do the electrical, or shingle your roof.

A good builder today is someone that has connections with contractors and suppliers. He simply builds the home and whatever is saved on the work or materials goes into his pocket.

We have assisted over 1500 families to be their own builder over the years from the Red River to Graham to McKinney to Tyler to Waco and all points in between. Our staff combined has over 60 years of solid construction experience.
