We're in process of getting bids on a deck/exterior office space remodel. They were very responsive to our initial request, and we talked to one of the owners of the company via phone and in person within 7 days of our outreach. The project is probably too small for their level of services, but we will definitely consider using them for a future, more complex interior home renovation. They were very nice and giving of their time and expertise, and their build process seems very professional and polished. We had an excellent experience with them.

I am taking bids for an addition. I wanted to consider this company until I was told their process is to give me bid range on internet and online back and forth without ever coming out to set eyes on the property and the bid would be adjusted later as details got fleshed out. Seems lazy and risky. Once committed the costs could go anywhere. I declined and moved on.

Extremely rude and condescending over the phone. Called himself an arrogant individual. Didn't bother to listen to the details provided. I'd rather my builder be patient and tenacious as opposed to arrogant and condescending. Save yourself some time. Don't bother calling.

We are thrilled with the end result! We appreciate all the hard work that went into the final product. From all the TCB staff to all of their sub-contractors, the products and workmanship we received were top-notched. The onsite employees were always available for addressing any questions or concerns and were always cordial and professional. Our house was left very clean and organized every night during the renovation. We highly recommend Thomas Custom Builders to all of our friends and neighbors.
