Aaron joined the Benike Team in 1995 and has held the position of President since 2011. As a Construction Engineer, Aaron has a comprehensive understanding of commercial construction and how to effectively lead our team of 200+ crew members. Aaron enjoys being active outdoors with his family. With dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Mike joined the Benike team in 2007.

Alvin Benike, a former building inspector for the City of Rochester, realized during his inspections that he would be able to produce higher quality building construction than what he observed in the field. In 1937, he began his contracting business as a one-man shop. Four generations later, his contracting business has grown into a leading regional contractor with over 150 skilled employees.
