In this collection of homes you will find plans that include the Arts & Crafts, Bungalows, Colonial, Craftsman, Farmhouse, Lodge Style, Prairie, Mediterranean and Tuscan styles. These home plans will offer one, two and three story designs.
Small House Plans

Our Small House plans here at Building Designs by Stockton offer you choices from Traditional, Contemporary Craftsman, Arts & Crafts, Bungalows, Colonial, Mediterranean and Tuscan styles. These home plans are small but make efficient use of the space allowed. The Small House plans we offer will have great room floor plans along with the more traditional dining room, living room and kitchen plans. The square footage on these plans start at approximately 800 sq.ft.
