Design Concrete Builders is a family owned and operated business begun by Eugene Friesen and Joe Friesen. We began as a father/son team, soon adding wife [mom], Phyllis, as Marketing Director. In 2018 another son, Tim, joined as sales rep and client relations. We have served the greater Shenandoah Valley from Harrisonburg, Virginia, for more than 15 years.
