Worst experience ever! Rude staff putting their needs before yours. They do not cover anything to include air conditioner. There was mortar sand everywhere. I had to power washer my own deck since they didn't clean up. Said they will make things right whenever they can get back here? Worst customer service. Not worth 3000.00. Will be disputing wirh my credit card company. Wish I had used another company.

Chimney Doc has done traditional chimney cleaning and steel liner installation for me at two homes I've lived in. They have also done two masonry jobs for me, installing stone on my chimney and a wall around my entryway. Their crews always demonstrate the highest levels of professionalism and clearly take pride in their work. The last job they did for me was one that another contractor just vanished halfway through. Chimney Doc came in and finished the job with a level of quality that surpassed my expectations. They even cleaned up the mess left by the previous contractor and others who had done work at my house. I'll definitely look to these guys for much more than just chimney cleaning in the future.

While I didn't use their services, my next door neighbor did and warned me the day before that my parked car on my drive can get dirty. Moving a car is easy enough. But the dust went everywhere my deck, screened porch, front door and walkway, grass, everywhere. ChimneyDr needs to be more sensitive to their clients neighbor's homes/property because this is where all the dust falls. They need to invest in improved equipment to capture all the dust residue instead of letting mother nature do all the work for them.
Or they need to start compensating neighbor's for having to clean up after them. It really boggles the mind that they haven't thought this through. If you are considering hiring Chimney Dr. please do me and everyone else a favor, before you sign a contract ask what are they doing to prevent masonry dust and debri falling on your neighbors property. Thank you.

THe office was very helpful and informative when I called, they were on time, the guys that came to inspect and clean our fireplace were very professional and left everything clean, wore footies over their shoes, masks etc. They did a great job and gave me an estimate for the replacement of the cap of my chimney and it was very reasonable, so we went ahead and had them replace it. they did a great job. I will use them again in the future no doubt.

These guys are legit and honest. They gave me an honest and appropriate quote on a woodstove and pipe insulation. I had to reschedule 3 times over the course of 4 months due to work and covid. They still honored their original quote. The installation was steller. They even moved the stove from my barn to the house with no extra cost! Hands down 5 stars. No B.S. just excellent service.
