General Contractor furnishes construction, administration, and management services and strives to complete the project in the most economical manner.

The contract is based on a total cost of the job plus a construction manager's fee. We are a full service Commercial General Contractor, specializing in design-build projects.

Contracts are reviewed and awarded with selected subcontractors and suppliers. A Gantt schedule for the project is created.
