We had a pipe break and called to get a technician out to repair it. This was on Sunday of Memorial Day and no one called me back. I was told that the repair man that came on that next business day would be equipped to repair it. That was good because I wasn't sure how long my temporary repair was going to hold. When he arrived he provided repair options, but said he wasn't there to fix the problem and we needed to schedule a work team.
Very frustrating. The repair was then scheduled for Friday. I was called Friday and told my appointment needed to be pushed out to the next Thursday or Friday. I said that was unacceptable as I did know how long my temporary repair was going to hold up. The reply man came about an hour later. Repairs were well done; just seemed kind of high in cost.

Update: the supervisor and technician came back next day and fixed the remaining issues. ========= We called Arnold and Son when some faucets had no water or very low water pressure in our house. One person came to give an estimate of $2200 for the fix. The same day, two other guys came and replaced water softener which was considered as the root cause of the issue. However, all faucets with no water are still same.
They asked additional $3500 to replace the fixture! I have a very little knowledge about plumbing, but I feel I was charged to fix the issue other than paying $2200 to replace a regular water softener and then was told i will have to pay $3500 if I want faucets to be usable! Ps water is everywhere while they removed old water softener

Plumbing experiences are never fun, are usually quite costly and must be done asap. Arnold and Sons have went above and beyond in their customer service. Responsive Respectful Honest Clearly explains While I'm never happy to have a need to call a plumber, I'm most grateful we chose Arnold and Son's when we needed one. Highly recommend

Very professional, friendly and prompt. Amanda started the process from the first call and quickly arranged a same day appointment. We had calls in to 3 other places and none of them ever returned our call. The salesman and service team did a fantastic job and I will definitely call them again if needed. Services: Water heater installation, Water tank installation

They were very professional, I just feel they didn't communicate well and set expectations. I was told when I booked that the plumber who came to quote me a price would be able to fix it right then. They weren't and had to come back later that day. Wouldn't have been a big deal for me if that was communicated up front, instead two trips and twice the time off work. Communication is key. They did apologize and give me a 5% discount, which I appreciated, but they need to communicate better when booking appointments.
