Our skilled workforce ensures precision in executing complex projects, from educational facilities to water/wastewater infrastructure, without reliance on third-party subcontractors.
Preconstruction Planning
Our preconstruction services focus on aligning client visions with practical execution strategies. We conduct feasibility studies, cost estimating, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) to identify risks and optimize designs. By engaging stakeholders early, we ensure projects meet sustainability goals, regulatory requirements, and budget constraints before breaking ground.
Building Information Modeling
River City Construction utilizes Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create detailed 3D project models. We had River City put a new roof on our house. They provided a detailed estimate, performed the work on time and within budget. Very professional, leaving our property clean and in the same shape it was in before the project. Very pleased.

They have some quality people that work there. I had one of their employees who didn't even know me stop and help me pull my mower out of a ditch with his truck. If how they treat their neighbors is any indication of the quality and care they put into their work, then sign me up.
