Our City used Falk to build a new fire station next to my house. Contractor was pleasant, work was done on time, and the City seems very happy with the end product. I was also told the project was completed under budget as well. My only complaint would be the dust caused by the work.

Our school district used Falk to upgrade several school campuses, they installed new structural steel, electrical systems, and finishes throughout both. They were punctual and we were satisfied with the workmanship as well.

This company has held my school hostage for two years now. Yesterday, they set part of a building on fire. One of the classroom floors is not even level. When asked about this, the manager denied the claim. At this point, a tennis ball was laid on the floor and it slowly rolled across the floor until it hit the wall. There is also at least one classroom where I saw at least a two inch gap between the ducting and the ceiling material. The worst workmanship I have ever witnessed in my many years involved in fabrication first hand. Steer clear of this company if you want people who take pride in their work.

They do not pay their subcontractors. DL Falk will hire smaller contractors and then never pay them so that the contractor cant afford to sue them. They will also promise payment for CO's and then never pay those either.

DL Falk recently completed work related to our school allocated bond with a project budget of approximately $12,000,000. Throughout the course of the project DL Falk was punctual and proactive. As the work progressed there were numerous unforeseen changes made by our architect to which DL Falk was very responsive in recommending changes that fit within our budget. I would recommend them.

Their commitment to scheduling/meeting due dates + willingness to collaborate with architect and us as owners regarding ideas for building efficiency was impressive. Falk's organized planning and execution made the project run seamlessly from our perspective.
