Our family has spent many hours over the years in conversation, heading toward the point we are at now.designing and building modern Farmhouses with quality construction techniques and materials.Personally, I have been a carpenter most of my career.

2 sold/1 unit still available. We're not sure if we will build these any more, been too busy building houses now that we started specializing in timberframe, even during the winter. Price is for pickup. We can deliver to radius within 2 hrs driving distance of our Cloquet MN location. TV not included.

During the meeting phase, we will be finding out your desires for the project, location of your home/addition, site conditions, logistics, your budget, and other items related to your project to get the design phase started. We have in-house custom design - We design specifically to your home aesthetic/style; also anything that comes up during the construction project can be dealt with directly, saving the project time/money, and running more efficiently.
