The backbone of Kevin Nugent Construction Inc. is its safe, knowledgeable, and efficient workers. It is our mission to construct quality buildings at a competitive price while keeping the customer's satisfaction and employee safety as the top priority. In 1989, we became incorporated, and switched our focus from home building to union commercial/industrial/institutional work.

We have been in the general contracting business since 1975. Although we started as a home builder, we left the residential sector in the 1980s and have been working in the commercial/industrial/institutional sector since. We have successfully completed buildings of all sizes and complexities. Below is only a limited representation of the types of buildings we have constructed since our inception. These buildings have ranged anywhere from a few hundred square feet to over 100,000 square feet.

We will assign a project manager, field superintendent, engineer and other staff members as required to effectively manage the construction process. During the construction of any project, the coordination of the trades is an integral part of the process, especially with respect to the mechanical and electrical trades.

As a subcontractor in the concrete industry we have worked for contractors of all sizes. From one-man operations to several of the largest contractors in the nation.
