All the work for master bedroom carpet installation; upstairs bedrooms, hall, and stairs refinishing; and first floor and basement LVP installation went quickly and smoothly. A professional and truly refreshing experience dealing with William, Tammy and everyone at Kemper Carpet, right down to the scheduling and installation. So unusual these days to be treated with courtesy, hospitality and respect. William had great suggestions, was super easy and friendly to deal with and didn't try to steer me toward a product that was over my budget. Tammy stayed after hours to help us finalize our choices, and get everything ordered.
I really appreciated that. Turnaround was incredibly quick, and the end result is beautiful. It's rare to have a five star experience anywhere - Kemper really came through for us. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone there.

I have used professional services of Kemper Carpet and Flooring on a number of my house floor projects over the last 10+ years. Dealing with their staff at any level (from the company owner, to their sales staff, to hardwood floor installers) is easy - they are honest, highly professional in interacting with customer, clear on estimates, and deliver high quality service always on schedule. We recently used Kemper Carpet to place LVP over top of our existing, outdated, hardwood on our entire main level of our home and half of our basement. The price was reasonable, the ENTIRE staff was amazing to work with and make sure everything was done quickly, professionally and to our complete satisfaction. We had an excellent experience doing a carpet matching installation with a new home we bought. Previous owners had replaced some carpet but not all and told us they bought what they had at Kemper. Kemper's staff, especially Ed, was super helpful, quick, and got us scheduled for installation in a flash. We're loving the new carpet.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience with my recent carpet purchase! William Hill did an excellent job reviewing the options and educating me on the different types of carpet, along with advantages/disadvantages of each. He knows his stuff, pays attention to detail, and was a pleasure to work with. The installers were top notch.highly competent, professional and really nice people. Installation was a 2 day job.
It was well organized and went smoothly. I recently had the rooms painted where the carpet was being installed. I was aware that touch up work may be required to the baseboards after installation, yet I was pleasantly surprised not to find a mark anywhere! I will not hesitate to highly recommend Kemper Carpet to anyone. Thanks for a job well done, my new carpet looks beautiful!
